Lets not let the summer go by without a bit of fun. For the last several years, I have organized a good old fashioned scavenger hunt for several gatherings. I was thinking the other day about how it might be a hoot to have a scavenger hunt on the river with boats instead of cars and trucks. I was thinking sometime mid to late August for a good time. On a weekend where we could all join in and maybe a parking lot or beach party afterwards. The whole affair would strictly be for the fun of it and anybody and their Uncle John could join in. So let me know what you think about it, is it a doable thing and would you join in?
If so, we'll get busy and throw this thing together.

In a scavenger hunt, you have a list of items that can be found, altho not easily, in a certain amount of time. For example, a birds feather, a marble, picture of Elvis etc. It is up to the team to find a source for the ltems on the list. Usually there are many interesting stories on how different teams aquired the items on the list.
I guess I better add that this game would not be associated with any organizations, just thought it would be fun and a chance for folks to have a good time. Wanna Play?

There has been several incidents come up this month, so the scaverger hunt is going to be moved to a later time to be announced soon. We will make it at a cooler time. I know its disappointing, but it is what it is.
